This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for Clay Slay Pray. Clay Slay Pray distributes designer jewelry and artworks, including pieces made from polymer clay, via the website www.clayslaypray.com. All website orders are governed by these terms and conditions, which may be updated or modified. The terms and conditions in effect on the order date will apply to any product ordered by a customer.
1. Sale of Goods
These terms and conditions exclusively concern the sale of products processed through the online shop. They outline the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and the management of returns. By checking the box labeled "I accept the General Sales Conditions" before completing the online ordering process, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these terms and conditions, which are enforceable against them.
2. Customer
Customers of the website must be legal adults. A customer account must be created at the time of the first order. For each subsequent order, the customer must fill out an order form that includes mandatory fields required by Clay Slay Pray to process the order. {à voir si nécessaire ou faisable}
The information provided when creating a customer account and placing orders must be complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Clay Slay Pray reserves the right to refuse to process any order that does not meet these criteria.
3. Products

4. Payment, Delivery & Costs
Payments on the website can be made via credit card, debit card or Paypal. Other payment methods are not accepted. Prices are listed in Swiss Francs and include VAT applicable at the time of order. Clay Slay Pray reserves the right to change product prices without prior notice due to economic, legal, or tax reasons. Products remain the property of Clay Slay Pray until full payment is received. Credit card payments are processed securely by PayPal. For international deliveries, the import regulations and duties of the respective countries apply, and customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Customers must also handle any related formalities. Clay Slay Pray is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs checks or similar issues.
4.1 Delivery Times, Shipping & Customs Costs
Delivery within Switzerland & Liechtenstein:
Clay Slay Pray will hand over ready-to-ship orders to Swiss Post within 3-6 working days, with the order date being considered the first day. If the order date falls on a weekend or holiday, the next working day is considered the first day. The average delivery time from shipment is 2-3 working days within Switzerland via Swiss Post, using A-Post (small consignment).
Shipping Costs within Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Clay Slay Pray offers free shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein for orders over CHF 150. Standard shipping costs CHF 5, and shipping with tracking (tracking number/registered) costs CHF 9. These costs are subject to change at any time.
Deliveries within Europe:
Clay Slay Pray will hand over ready-to-ship orders to Swiss Post within 3-6 working days. The average delivery time from shipment is 3-5 working days, although this may vary depending on the destination country's transport company and customs processing time. All orders are shipped with A-Post (small consignment). Customers are responsible for customs costs for international orders.
Shipping Costs within Europe:
Clay Slay Pray offers free shipping within Europe for orders over CHF 250. Standard shipping costs CHF 12, and shipping with tracking (tracking number/registered) costs CHF 17. These costs are subject to change at any time. Please note that any changes to the delivery address by the customer after order registration may result in extended delivery times. If Clay Slay Pray cannot deliver within the specified timeframe, the customer has the right to cancel the order under consumer law conditions.
5. Product Acceptance
Upon receipt of the order, the customer should promptly inspect the condition of the packaging and the delivered product. If the packaging is damaged, torn, or opened, the customer must check the condition of the products inside. If the products are damaged, the customer should immediately notify both the carrier and Clay Slay Pray.
6. Return & Refund Policy
Clay Slay Pray strives for complete customer satisfaction. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@clayslaypray.com.
Returning an Unwanted Item: We recognize that occasionally a purchase might not meet your expectations. If you intend to return an item, please make sure it remains in its original condition and begin the return process within 14 days of receiving it. Items should not be worn beyond trying them on, as damaged or unsuitable returns may not qualify for a refund. To start the return process, email us at info@clayslaypray.com with your full name, order number, and reason for the return.
What Happens Next: Returns must be initiated within the 14-day period mentioned above. Beyond this period, we retain the right to refuse the return. Return shipments attempted after this period may be redirected to your default delivery address.
Responsibility: You are responsible for the items until they reach our facility in Switzerland. Please make sure to package them securely to avoid any damage during shipping. It is important to obtain proof of postage for your records, as we cannot ensure receipt of your return without tracking information. For extra security, you may want to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
Lost Returns: We do not assume responsibility for items returned to us mistakenly. Should we manage to locate these items and if you request their return, you may be responsible for covering the shipping costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
