There will be 2 to 4 permanent collections released over the course of the year. These designs will be restocked as they sell. In between these big collections I'll also be releasing mini drops of very limited edition pieces. Be the first to know when they launch by following me over Instagram where I share more of what's in store, and how things are made.
Clay Slay Pray earrings are high-quality and made to last! That said, just like any other piece of jewelry you have ever owned, they still need love. Please do not apply excessive pressure or bending, subject to heat and high temperatures, immerse in water, expose to abundant make up and beauty products.
Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 3-6 business days unless otherwise specified. For pre-orders, please refer to the specific timelines provided on each product page. Once your order has been processed, it can then be shipped to you.
Clay Slay Pray will hand over ready-to-ship orders to Swiss Post within 3-6 working days, with the order date being considered the first day. For pre-orders, please refer to the specific timelines provided on each product page. If the order date falls on a weekend or holiday, the next working day is considered the first day. The average delivery time from shipment is 2-3 working days within Switzerland via Swiss Post, using A-Post (small consignment). All in all, it can take up to 9 days to receive your earrings (except for pre-orders) in Switzerland. Refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for late arrivals, so please plan accordingly if you have deadlines. Upgraded and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
If you select shipping with tracking at check out, a tracking number will be sent to you when your order is marked as shipped. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking numbers to update in the Swiss Post system so you can track your package.
Yes! Yes! And yes! Even if prices are listed in Swiss Francs. Simply select that option at check-out. Please be aware that the import regulations and duties of the respective countries apply, and customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes. Customers must also handle any related formalities. Clay Slay Pray is not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs checks or similar issues.
All orders with a subtotal over CHF 150 in Switzerland and CHF 250 in Europe are free to ship. Forever. Standard shipping costs CHF 5 in Switzerland and CHF 12 in Europe. Shipping with tracking (tracking number/registered) costs CHF 9 in Switzerland and CHF 17 in Europe.
We understand that occasionally a purchase might not meet your expectations. Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact me if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, so I can address the issue accordingly and make it right. Make sure it remains in its original condition and begin the return process within 14 days of receiving it. Items should not be worn beyond trying them on, as damaged or unsuitable returns may not qualify for a refund. Returns for earrings with maker-made defects or damages are eligible within 14 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at clayslaypray@gmail.com with your full name, order number, reason for the return and clear photos. Upon acceptance of your return request, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior request will not be accepted. Remember, each piece is meticulously handcrafted. As a result, minor variations and differences may occur from piece to piece, that’s the beauty of it ! I do my best to accurately represent each item through photos and descriptions so you have an idea of what to expect. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at clayslaypray@gmail.com.
